- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (add more for extra spice)
- 1 pack of bacon bits
- 1 bag of frozen hash browns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, bacon bits, jalapeños, and hash browns to the cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle green onions over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
